Parent View - We are expecting Ofsted sometime soon and with this in mind, we would like as many parents as possible to register their views on Parent View – please visit

Dinner Payments – Please may we remind parents that school meals should be paid for in advance and not in arrears. Credit can be applied to dinner accounts at anytime.

Recommended Book Lists – Every child brought home a list of 50 recommended reads for their year group this week. Please let us know if you didn’t receive this useful source of information which should be helpful for parents.

SEND Parent Questionnaire – We have had two replies so far to the SEND survey letter. Please check that you have received this and let us know if you need another copy.

‘Eduspot’ – We are aware that a number of parents/carers are having trouble accessing “Eduspot”, please see guidance previously emailed, ensuring that when entering your child’s name it must all be lowercase.  If you are still having problems please contact the school office.

PE Kits – Indoor and outdoor PE Kits – Please can we remind parents that children need both of these in school daily.

School Admissions for Reception September 2020 – The online applications have now closed, however, please ensure any remaining supplementary faith forms are returned to school as soon as possible if you wish your application to be considered using the faith criteria.

School Fence – Thank you for your patience and cooperation this week when disruptions to the entrances and exits to school have been necessary. A letter will follow next week to explain to parents the new procedures for getting in and out of school.

Tree Work in the Church Grounds – W/c 20th January the church have commissioned a company to maintain the trees within the church grounds including the graveyard. Whilst they have agreed to operate between 9.15am and 3pm to avoid congestion on the church car park, we request that you take additional care when dropping and collecting your child and request that children do not go through the graveyard whilst works are being carried out.

Sacramental Programme Meetings – There will be meetings on the following dates at 6.30pm in school that parents and children taking their First Communion are expected to attend. If you or your child cannot attend any of these following dates, please advise the catechists in advance.

Mondays - 20th January, 10th February, 9th March, 30th March, 27th April and 18th May.

Low Bank Ground Payments – Year 6 parents, please note that all outstanding payments are due to be paid on or before 28th February. If you are having difficulties with payment please contact the school office as soon as possible.

Movie Night – this was scheduled for next Wednesday but due to licensing issues it has been postponed by the PTFA – more details to follow.

February     10th – SATs Information workshops, Y6 @ 6 pm and Y2 @ 6.45pm

14th - School finishes at 3.15pm for half-term

24th – School re-opens

March        12th & 13th – Year 5 Bikeability (details to follow)

W/c 16th – Y6 residential to Low Bank Ground

April         3rd – Year 1 Assembly – Yr 1 parents are invited to join us at 9.15am

3rd – School closes at 3.15 pm for Easter

20th – School re opens after Easter break.

Office Hours -The school office is unavailable between 9.30am and 11am daily. Please drop any items in the drop-off box in the entrance vestibule during this time.
